How do I book my first ride?

Download the Glide app, create your free account, enter your destination, choose a ride type, and confirm. Your first ride is free with code GLIDE10.

How long does driver approval take?

Most driver applications are reviewed within 2โ€“3 business days. You'll receive an email at every stage of the process.

How do I get paid as a driver?

Glide pays out automatically every Tuesday for the prior week's earnings. You can also use Instant Pay to transfer your balance to a debit card at any time for a $0.99 fee.

Can I cancel a ride after booking?

You can cancel for free within 2 minutes of matching with a driver. After 2 minutes, a $3.00 cancellation fee applies.

What payment methods are accepted?

Glide accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also use Glide Cash โ€” our in-app digital wallet.

What if I have a safety concern during a trip?

Tap the SOS button in the app at any time. It connects you directly to emergency services and notifies our 24/7 Safety team with your GPS coordinates.
